Welcome to EB1 Advisory Services. These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access and use of our services, including our website, content, communications, and other related services. By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

 1. Acceptance of Terms

By using our Services, you confirm that you accept these Terms of Use and that you agree to comply with them. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our Services. We recommend that you print a copy of these Terms for future reference.

We may revise these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Services constitutes your continued acceptance of the revised Terms.

Our Services are intended for individuals who are at least 18 years of age. By accessing or using our Services, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

EB1 Advisory provides professional coaching and advisory services tailored to individual needs. Services within this website include the ability to book paid one-on-one consulting calls. The above-mentioned services are subject to the terms covered in this agreement. Purchasing either of these services through this website automatically infer that these terms are mutually agreed upon by both parties. ​Upon consenting to these terms, it is explicitly agreed upon that the professional services provided by EB1 Advisory are for informational purposes only and does NOT substitute for legal advice or opinion pertaining to business, professional or immigration matters. It is explicitly agreed upon that EB1 Advisory does not provide any legal advice or services, and that the consenting member should seek advised from a licensed attorney for legal matters concerning their professional or immigration matter. Availing EB1 Advisory services automatically infers the client's consent to this disclaimer.

5. Fees and Payments

Fees for our Services will be required to be paid while booking the appointment in the U.S. dollars.

6. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Per the agreement for the one-on-one coaching calls, please note that the payment for this booking is Non-Refundable. In case of unforeseen circumstances warranting postponement of the event booked, the client may use the payment provided as "credit" to reschedule the booking to a later date within 30 days of the initial appointment scheduled. You will need to send a request to reschedule at least 24 hours prior to the appointment time to avail the credit. No rescheduling options will be provided for "no shows”. 

7. Confidentiality

We acknowledge that clients may share sensitive and confidential information during consulting and advisory sessions. We commit to maintaining the confidentiality of all such information and will not disclose it to any third party without the client's written consent, except as required by law.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, and intellectual property associated with the Services, including but not limited to the EB1 Advisory website, and coaching materials, are owned by Ankit Agarwal and protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws. Clients may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or otherwise use these materials without the express written permission.

 9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall EB1 Advisory shall be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the Services.
