In June 2024 Visa Bulletin, there is no change in the EB1 Priority Dates. EB1 Priority dates remain current for all countries of chargeability excluding India and China. China EB1 Priority Date is 01 Sep 22 and India EB1 Priority Date is 01 Mar 21.
Pending Applications for Employment-Based Preference Categories as of February 22, 2024

USCIS issued the Inventory report intended to provide information about the number of pending Forms I-485 in the employment-based preference categories. The report provides USCIS estimate of how many Forms I-485 we have in the USCIS inventory for each employment-based preference category, by selected country of chargeability, and by the month and year of the estimated priority date.
As per this report, there are ~16,453 pending EB1 I485 Petitions for Indian Nationals and approximately ~10,000 EB1 Visa's are available for fiscal year ending in September 2024. This gives us the hope that in next fiscal year EB1 Priority date for Indian and Chinese Nationals may be current.
